Our physicians perform yearly Annual Exams providing a preventive comprehensive plan of care for non-Medicare patients, ages 18 to 64 years old and Medicare beneficiaries, age 65 years and older, who have had Medicare part B coverage for at least 12 months.
Our non-Medicare patients will receive a preventive exam which includes History and Physical, as well as further physical and diagnostic testings.
Our Medicare patients will receive an initial Preventive Physical Examination, known as the "Welcome to Medicare" service. Once this service has been established, our physicians and staff will maintain a personalized prevention plan annually where our Medicare beneficiaries will then be scheduled for subsequent Annual Wellness Visits (or AWV).
